OVERVIEW

The JazzFest West Layaway program allows you the flexibility to split your ticket order into 3 or 6 easy payments. There are no interest charges added to Layaway orders. Customers agree that their credit card will be charged in installments until their order is paid in full. The purchaser will receive an email confirmation each time their credit card is charged. When the final payment is made, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation containing a link to download and print their ticket(s).

LAYAWAY PAYMENT OPTIONS

3 PAYMENT PLAN
Available through March 14th, 2016. Selecting this payment option will allow you to pay for your JazzFest West order in 3 easy payments.

• Payment One: The date of initial purchase
• Payment Two: March 15th, 2016
• Payment Three: May 15th, 2016

6 PAYMENT PLAN
Available through February 14th, 2016. Selecting this payment option will allow you to pay for your JazzFest West order in 6 easy payments.

• Payment One: The date of initial purchase
• Payments 2-6: Subsequent payments will occur on the 15th of each month until the balance is paid in full.

LAYAWAY AUTOMATIC CARD PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By selecting the layaway payment plan, I authorize JazzFest West, Inc. to charge my Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card for the initial payment (including all service and handling charges) and all subsequent payments until the ticket(s) are paid in full. Payment installments are based on a percentage of the purchase price of the ticket(s) depending on the payment plan option chosen.
In the event a charge is not successful, I authorize JazzFest West, Inc. to reinitiate the charge. I understand that the charge may not immediately post to my credit card account. Each charge to the Card will be processed in U.S. Dollars. JazzFest West, Inc. will accept one Card per Authorization with the Card having a valid expiration date for the duration of the Authorization process. I understand that if a charge is denied, I am responsible for making the payment in full within 10 days of the rejected charge. If a payment is not made in full within 10 days after the initial charge, your order WILL BE CANCELLED, and we will refund all money you have paid less any layaway cancellation fees.

By selecting the layaway payment plan for my tickets, I hereby agree to the official festival guidelines, the automatic card payment authorization, and the ticket policies.
