PLEASE NOTE: If you are scheduled for a PM shift, you will receive free entry before your shift. Once inside the festival, you will listen to the music of exceptional artists, eat great food, meet new and exciting people, and enjoy beautiful Bonelli Park. Work a PM shift and get admission, the same day as your shift, before your shift begins. Your ID will be held the entire day, at the volunteer check‐in booth, until you check out of your shift. You will be charged the price of a day-of‐show general admission ticket if you do not check in for your shift before 3:30pm, the date of your scheduled shift.

I understand that there will be a $15 registration fee required for all confirmed JazzFest West volunteers. If your application is approved, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to make a payment closer to the date of the event.
