ADA / Accessibility

JazzFest West is accessible to all guests with disabilities. We work with the County
of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation in order to meet ADA guidelines.

Wheelchair Accessibility:

The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages. In addition, it is an outdoor music festival situated in a park. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain.

Assistance:

There will be an ADA cart available to assist disabled patrons while inside the festival. Please visit the Information Booth located outside the Front Gate for assistance at the festival.

Accessible Viewing Area:

A reserved viewing platform for our patrons with disabilities is located directly behind the VIP fence line in the General Admission area. This area is accessed on a first-come, first-served basis. Because space is limited, each disabled patron is allowed one guest to accompany them. Seating is not provided in this area, so guests should bring blankets or low-backed lawn chairs.

Accessible Seating:

By purchasing Gold of VIP tickets, seating will be provided for you. General Admission is all lawn seating (no seats are provided), however patrons may bring low-backed chairs (35″ or lower when set up) or blankets (max size 8′ x 8′) for seating. An exception to chair height is made for our patrons with disabilities. If you require a high-backed chair, please be sure to set it up on the outside perimeters of the viewing area as to not block the view of those behind you.

ADA Entrance:

All entrances/exits are accessible for our patrons with disabilities.

Parking:

Available for Purchase Day-of-Show Only
ADA parking is located in Lot 2, adjacent to the Food Court entrance. The ADA lot is the closest parking lot to the festival. Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase ADA parking, please enter from the EAST GATE (10 FWY at Fairplex Drive). Parking here is limited, and the lot will fill up. Overflow parking will be directed to the offsite parking lots where plenty of ADA parking is available.
*All appropriate state issued identification is required, and law enforcement will be present to verify identification and placard properly match.

Restrooms:

There will be accessible restrooms located on the festival grounds. Please see our site map or visit the Information Booth for directions.

First Aid:

First-aid will be located at the entrance of the festival. Please see our site map for details.

Service Animals:

Due to park regulations, animals are not allowed. An exception is made for patrons with service animals.
